Holiday Guide to Balearics

Balearic Island Holidays
Located off the east coast of mainland Spain and the north coast of Africa, Balearic Island holidays offer you the diversity of vibrant buzzing party resorts to delightful, picturesque, traditional villages. Glorious summers where the temperature regularly reaches the late 20`s mean that Balearic Island holidays are a firm favourite with holiday makers, whilst the mild winters make them a popular out of season destination.
The 3 main Balearic Islands are Ibiza, Majorca and Menorca, with the 2 smaller islands of Formentera and Cabrera off the coasts of Ibiza and Majorca respectively.
Ibiza is often known as the clubbing capital of Europe with heaps of fantastic nightclubs, discos and open air venues, San Antonio being the most popular and there are also plenty of quiet relaxing resorts such as the picturesque Cala Llonga. Menorca is filled with gorgeous beaches, beautiful fishing villages and historical towns like Cala`n Porter, S`Algar and Son Bou sitting on a 3km long beach. Majorca is the largest of the Balearic Islands boasting lively resorts in the south like Magaluf and Palma Nova, spectacular mountains in the north and beautiful beaches such as Alcudia.
Balearic Island holidays cater for all tastes with local and international cuisine available in the restaurants and British themed pubs advertising Sunday roasts, all day breakfasts and fish and chips in the busier resorts.
