Situated on the southern Mediterranean coast of Turkey, Sarigerme is perfect for that relaxing, get away holiday. The long white sandy beach is backed by shady olive groves and the spectacular sight of the mountains in the distance.
The temperature in the winter months can range between 15°-23° and in the summer months 26°-36°, just right for cooling off in the crystal clear sea while lazing on the beach all day. There are a few shops, cafes and restaurants in Sarigerme where you can find local and international cuisine, enjoy an ice cold beer or just chill out, literally, with an ice cream.
The gorgeous beach is less than a 10 minute walk from the centre of Sarigerme, although there is a free shuttle bus at the end of the street and when you can tear yourself away from the sand then why not try a day trip to Dalyan, see the ruins at Kaunos or visit the famous Iztuzu Beach where the endangered loggerhead turtles breed.
