Two miles from Lindos, along the Aegean coast, is the wonderful, relaxed resort of Pefkos with it`s fantastic sandy beaches, backed by sweet smelling pine trees. Along the main beach are sun beds and umbrellas, with snack bars selling ice cold drinks and food, to enjoy in between sunbathing and swimming.
A good choice of Greek tavernas and restaurants can be found in Pefkos, offering something to suit everyone`s tastes, from delicious local cuisine to international dishes such as British and Italian food.
If you are looking for great souvenir shops and boutiques then head to Lindos, as here in Pefkos there are only a couple of shops and a few supermarkets. The same applies to the nightlife with Pefkos being home to a handful of establishments; several English style pubs and open air bars, serving cocktails. Taxisor buses to nearby Lindos are very cheap, and once there you can enjoy the rooftop bars and the open air nightclubs near the beach.
