The more active holiday makers can try their hand at a number of water sports on the beach or hire a bike and cycle to Kos Town for the day. Along the beachfront there are a number of bars and tavernas selling delicious, traditional cuisine as well as many international dishes and a couple of late night bars. A regular bus service is available to and from Kos Town if you want to party into the night and the same goes for shopping, with many souvenir shops and boutiques in the capital.
