Situated on the north-east coast of Corfu, Kassiopi boasts a beautiful backdrop of Mount Pantokrator, is surrounded by hills of citrus trees and olive groves and is renowned for freshly caught fish dishes.
There are many small beaches and coves in Kassiopi with the Blue Flag Award for their safety and cleanliness, and within walking distance are longer beaches, such as Avlaki, Imerolia and Kalamionas.In the harbour and square area there are a number of bars, tavernas and restaurants. Here you can enjoy a traditional Greek meal or international dish and enjoy a drink whilst watching the locals go about their business.
Although Kassiopi has retained it`s charming, traditional atmosphere, it has plenty of shops and comes alive at night with a number of bars and discos to choose from. A good way to explore the surrounding area of Kassiopi would be to hire a bicycle or moped, go pony trekking, walking or book onto one of the boat trips available.
