Located 7km south of Naama Bay is Ras UmSid-Hadaba, set up on the cliff top, with a number of impressive hotels. This area is very close to Ras Mohamed National Park and Sharm el Sheikh`s old souk. This beautiful part of the resort is famous for stunning underwater coral formations and extraordinary underwater life as well as offering spectacular views across the Red Sea.
From 20° in December and January through to 35° in July and August, Ras Um Sid-Hadaba really is the all year round holiday resort, and with the sea temperature averaging 20° in January to a glorious 26° from July to September it is no wonder that holiday makers return year after year. Most of the hotels offer plenty of facilities for children and adults alike, with many watersports available. Outside of the hotels, the shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs are all based in Naama Bay, which is easily accessible through cheap taxis or free shuttle buses that the hotels provide.
