Golden Sands is located on the north-west coast of Malta along a gorgeous sandy beach. It is popular with families and couples who want to combine one of the best beaches on the island with a relaxing holiday.
Apart from the open-air restaurant, where you can sample local and international cuisine, the nearest shops and bars are 3 miles away at St Paul`s Bay. The beach is sheltered by low rise cliffs on each side and is backed by a couple of beach bars.
Daytime activities at Golden Sands include horse riding, cliff walking and water sports such as paragliding, scuba diving, snorkelling and windsurfing, whilst Golden Sands nightlife tends to be hotel based.
The Golden Sands holiday season generally runs from April to October, when the temperature can range from the mid 20`s to the early 30`s
