Cala Llonga lies 4 miles south of Santa Eulalia on the east coast of Ibiza and is a popular choice for British holiday makers, particularly couples and families, who flock here to mix relaxation and beautiful sandy beaches with glorious sunshine, great activities and delicious food.
The Cala Llonga weather can reach up to 22° out of season and 32° during the summer months, just right for sunbathing on the crescent shaped beach and swimming in the crystal clear sea. Once you can drag yourself away from the beach there is a good selection of restaurants, cafes and bars in Cal Llonga, offering local and international cuisine to suit all tastes. Delicious fish dishes are a favourite here, but there are plenty of restaurants serving good old British grub for those fussy eaters. Nightlife in Cala Llonga is mainly hotel based, although there are a number of British run bars and drinking establishments with a friendly atmosphere. If you want to party through the night, then head to nearby Santa Eulalia and sample the bars and nightclubs around the trendy marina. Cala Llonga has a handful of shops and mini markets selling those holiday essentials but if you head for nearby Es Cana, and wander around the famous Hippy Market, you can pick up some great cheap holiday souvenirs.
